Background – The trash company will not pickup anything that is not in the dumpster. They will also not dump the dumpster if there is anything in front of the dumpster in the way. The association has to have someone to put trash next to the dumpster in the dumpster. If it is furniture, appliances, beds, etc., then we have to pay to have it hauled away. Our costs for picking up trash in common areas and around the dumpsters is about $1,500 a month. This is about .80 cents of your monthly dues. Please make sure your trash is put in the dumpsters and have your furniture, appliances, beds, etc., hauled away at your expense. Don’t put it on your 155 neighbors.
