The 2026 Budget has been approved by the Board of Directors. Very few changes accept the monthly dues will be $209 next year. This is due in large part to our insurance preimums going up $10,467. This is equivalent to $5.59 increase in monthly dues to pay for this increase.

The changing of our observation camera company will go down about $70 a month.
|
Our safety officers have requested a pay raise. It will go from $850 a month to $950 a month. Sergeant Anderson (one of our safety officers) describes the need as follows; IMPD has lowered the number of hours a officer can work a week. Officers now can get a lot of overtime which pays more than gig jobs (such as ours). This makes it much more difficult to find officers for Wildwood. Years ago the Board priced private safety officers. At that time they were running about $4,000 a month. 25 years ago we were paying $750 a month. We are getting a bargain.

What's Going On in Wildwood...
- Sargent Shawn Anderson has found a relacement for Officer Jeremy Warman. August was his last month working for Wildwood. Officer Cox started in September.
- The old trash containers have been removed for the clubhouse parking lot. According to Joseline Medina (Mayor's Advocate) condos in Marion County were first taken care of before the Jan. 1st 2026 start (acording to news articles) of the new trash company. According to her they are now working on residential properties.
- Midwest Pressure Washing Services LLC will start soon washing down all the Wildwood buildings. They have been told to use clubhouse water and not use any water from residential buildings.
- Mailing enclosures for the 2026 Budget were discussed briefly. This mailing usually goes out towards the end of the year.
- Some residents are having sewer backup problems. The Board authorized having the lines in the impacted building televised to attempt to ID the source of the issue.
- The treasurer just OK'd/authorized an initial payment of $1,927.44 for our new observation cameras. As soon as Robinson Surveillance Services recieves the check they will install our new cameras.
- Our safety officers received new violation stickers. They will be put on cars that violate Wildwood rules.
- Nest Association/Board meeting will be Oct. 15th 2026 6:30 PM in the clubhouse.
