It seemed that the ongoing challenge for the Board was to keep the carpet clean in the clubhouse. After almost every rental of the clubhouse, we had to get the carpet cleaned. The cost of cleaning was about twice the amount of the deposit we collected for the rental.
It was determined that we should remove the carpet and install vinyl flooring which is much easier to clean and will last longer than carpet. This was done in the last week of April at a cost of about $6,800.
