Background – When Wildwood was first established in 1972 condos were going for $14,900. During the 1980’s the prices were between $25,000 and $35,000. The 1990’s prices were between $40,000 and $60,000. Between the year 2000 and currently prices rose from $75,000 to $150,000. The biggest jump in prices was between 2000 and 2025.

Wildwood seems to follow the market overall. Whitehall Commons and Wildwood are very simular. The floorplans are very much the same. The only difference is that Whitehall Commons has garages on every unit. Sometimes Wildwood prices for condos for sale are greater that Whitehall Commons and sometimes they are below.
