Background – Litterbug trash has always been a concern of the Board of Directors since Wildwood was built in 1972. It does not seem to get any better. The Board is paying about $1,500 a month to have it removed. The residents of Wildwood don’t seem to care about it. In the past 25 years it has increased from about $500 a month. The Board of Directors has to use association money to remove any items that are not in the dumpsters. It is usually old mattresses, but sometimes appliances such as old washers, dryers, water heaters, furniture, etc. This takes money from 156 unit owners (dues) to pay for the removal. In the picture above, it cost the association $100’s to have this removed.
