Background
Our By-laws ask for 7 members of the Board. We have 4. It requires you to be current on your monthly dues and the owner of the condo (verified by property tax records).
The only duties you would have would be to attend the monthly meetings, which normally last less than 2 hours.
During the late 1990s and early 2000s, before our By-laws changed, we had 9 Board members.
The Board of Directors makes all decisions for Wildwood.
